Northwestern Mexico will continue to experience exceptional deficits, while central and southern areas of the country will observe severe to exceptional surpluses. Much of Central America can anticipate moderate to severe surplus.

The forecast indicates that exceptional deficits will diminish in southern Mexico and Central America, but expand in northwestern regions of the country. Moderate to severe surpluses are anticipated in the Yucatan Peninsula and in several regions of Central America. 

The forecast indicates that exceptional deficits in northwestern, central and southern Mexico will significantly diminish, as will exceptional deficits in Central America. Severe surpluses are expected to arise in east-central and southern Mexico. 

The forecast indicates that exceptional deficits will persist in central to southern regions of Mexico, while surpluses will emerge in eastern portions of the country, as well as throughout the Yucatan Peninsula. Exceptional deficit is anticipated in central regions of Central America, with surplus emerging in southern coastal regions of the area. 

The forecast anticipates that intense deficits will resolve in northern Mexico, but continue throughout central to southern regions of the country. These deficits will continue into much of Central America. Intense surplus is expected to emerge in the Yucatan Peninsula.
