The forecast through September indicates that water deficits will moderate in Mangystau, Kazakhstan and increase in Turkmenistan. Deficits in Russia include the Gulf of Ob past Norilsk, the Vilyuy Reservoir, and the Lena Delta. Surpluses are forecast in the Middle Ob River region.
