The 12-month forecast ending in September 2023 indicates exceptional anomalies throughout East Asia, ranging from intense deficits in central and southeastern regions, to intense surpluses spanning from southwest to northeastern territories.
Central Asia & Russia: Pockets of surplus throughout Central, E Russia
Mexico, Central America, & the Caribbean: Surpluses in C. Amer to persist
The 12-month forecast ending in September 2023 indicates intense surpluses will persist throughout much of Central America and the Caribbean.
