Canada

Canada: Widespread water deficits forecast with pockets of exceptional deficits in BC, AB, MB, ON, QB, NB, and NL

Water surpluses forecast in southern British Columbia and northern Saskatchewan through April. Widespread deficits throughout the county May through September with pockets of exceptional deficits in British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario, and Quebec.

Through September 2016, the outlook for Canada indicates widespread water deficits across the country with large pockets of exceptional deficits expected in parts of British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland.
