Exceptionally drier than normal conditions are expected in parts of northern South America, Malaysia, and Indonesia, while wetter than normal conditions are forecast for the central US, northern Mexico, parts of East Africa, Turkey and eastward, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, and Hainan, China.
